Meet Jayne Sowerby-Warrington,

I’m Jayne, a Senior Leader, Chartered Surveyor, ICF-credentialed coach, and founder of Kudos Leadership Solutions Ltd.
I’ve experienced firsthand the pressures, complexity, and pace of leading in high-stakes, politically nuanced environments. That experience continues to shape how I work today - grounded, practical, and deeply attuned to the realities of leadership at this level.
I became the coach and mentor I once needed myself. I now work with leaders stepping into new roles, navigating senior responsibilities, or seeking a more purposeful reset in how they lead. I also partner with organisations looking to strengthen leadership capability, shape culture, and create sustainable impact.
Alongside this, I provide consultancy rooted in extensive public sector property experience. This includes service transformation, organisational strategy, and practical support to help public sector organisations operate more effectively, deliver value, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
I’m also a committee member for Pride in Belper, where I contribute to a mission centred on visibility, inclusion, and celebration of LGBTQ+ communities. The work is about creating safe, welcoming spaces, challenging inequality, and fostering a strong sense of belonging - values that deeply align with how I show up in my leadership and coaching practice.
My approach is warm, curious, and highly attuned to the person or organisation in front of me. I create a safe space for honest reflection, while keeping every conversation focused, practical, and action-oriented.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple purpose: to help leaders step fully into their capability and create lasting impact - for themselves, their teams, and the organisations they serve.
